Denise Hampson speaking at the lululemon Leadership Conference in 2017

Speaking - Denise Hampson

With over a decade of experience as a speaker, Denise Hampson, Desire Code's CEO, has had the privilege of sharing insights at some of the world's most respected conferences and events. She specialises in talking about behavioural economics, behaviour change, and consumer behaviour — fields she's been deeply engaged with since 2008, long before they became trendy!

As a behavioural design consultant, she has worked with some of the most influential organisations across various sectors, helping them understand and shape human behavior through innovative strategies and thoughtful design.

Her talks draw on a unique blend of experience from leadership roles in government, corporate settings, and high-performance sports. She was NHS England's first Digital Behaviour Commissioner, served as Head of User Centred Design at HM Courts and Tribunals Service, and was the Global Lead for Behavioural Science at lululemon. She is also former member of the hugely successful Great Britain Cycling Team from 1999 to 2004.
