Shivali is a usability and customer research specialist, and has been a consultant in the field of customer experience for the past six years.
She has worked with numerous large organisations to help them understand the attitudes, motivations and behaviours of their complex customer groups, informing the design direction of products and services through evidence-based customer research and highlighting opportunities for improving and testing the customer experience.
She has led strategic and tactical research for the £1bn Ministry of Justice Reform Programme and led product innovation research on advanced concepts for financial services and FTSE100 companies.
